huge GOTLAND LENS PENDANT - mountain crystal and silver (handmade by Viking Kristall)

Replica based on of viking necklace from 10th - 12th century, found in Visby, Gotland, Sweden. Similar jewellery have been found in eastern - rus viking regions.
It has been suggested that the lenses themselves are much older than their mounts and may have been used by craftsmen for magnification in fine work, as reading stones, or to start fires.
Size: polished mountain crystal lens 75mm, chain hole 4mm
Materials: made in a sterling silver with a mountain crystal* lens inside. All the filigree is hand made with a master precision.
