Pair of turtle brooches* replicas from 10th century Egge (Norway). Similar models have been found in Rus and Sweden.
Ring and pin are thick and solid for strength, heads are dished out at the back to the weight.
Size of one brooch: height 77mm, width 54mm
Materials: made in a rich golden bronze.
All the designs from the VIKING KRISTALL are very tough, solid and chunky.
*Pair of turtle brooches that belonged to the viking woman dress. One brooch on each side of the front part, in between them rows of jewellery and pearls.
