Inspired by viking bracelet from 10th century, found in Gotland, Sweden.
The Onyx Dragon* Earrings are designed by Viking Kristall founder, Stig Nielsen.
Size: lenght 70 mm
Materials: made in a sterling silver with an onyx** obelisk piece. All the filigree is hand made with a master precision.
All the designs from the VIKING KRISTALL are very tough, solid and chunky.
*For Vikings the dragon head on the prow of the ship has been enough to scare away the sea monsters lurking in the depths. One of the dragons mentioned in the Norse sagas is Nidhogg - dragon/serpent who gnaws at a root of the world tree, Yggdrasil.
**Onyx is considered a powerful protection stone. Aids emotional and physical strength. Helps in meditation and dreaming.
