I had gotten a beautiful necklace from a stall at a festival that I sadly lost the pendant to, i found vikinkrystall and recognised the chain and contacted them and they managed to find one last pendant from the same line for me to replace my lost one , im so greatfull for their help, their costumer service was above and beyond and the pendant is Absolutly gorgeous. Thank you again so much
