Inspired by viking pendant from 10th century, found in Gotland, Sweden combined with viking wolf* heads from Iceland.
The Islandic Wolfheads Earrings are designed by Viking Kristall founder, Stig Nielsen.
Size: height 32 mm, amethyst ball 12 mm.
Materials: made in a sterling silver with an amethyst** ball inside. All the filigree is hand made with a master precision.
Different stones also available.
All the designs from the VIKING KRISTALL are very tough, solid and chunky.
*Odin's pair of wolves were known as Geri and Freki. The Vikings often held the symbol of wolves in high esteem because they believed it was the symbol of Odin and his presence.
**Amethyst is considered to be extremely powerful and protective stone and a natural stress reliever, Amethyst can encourage inner strength. Also provides a wonderful peaceful energy for meditations.

Update 11/12 = Well, Finally, it has arrived. Very cute set. Wolf head terminals on the chain could be a little bigger as rather small - maybe the same size as the earrings instead but hey, just glad it's actually finally been delivered. Will increase star rating from 1 to 3 - Not 5 as length of delivery was still completely stupid and unjustified. 09/12 = Still not received. Ordered and paid for on the 18th of November. Items were showing as 'In stock' when ordered. Tracking details not updated since the 1st of December when goods showing in Poland. Nothing since. Even some shipments from China are dispatched and delivered faster than this. Not impressed at all. A fair amount of money spent on these items and money taken immediately so where's my stuff. :-( 10/12 = Post has been = Still not received.
